Beginner to test-ready, manual or automatic, plus full training if you want to become an instructor. All lessons £42 an hour.
Your first lesson happens somewhere quiet, at walking pace, with the handbrake never far away. We cover the cockpit drill, the controls and moving off and stopping — and that's genuinely all we expect of a first lesson. Everything else builds on top once that feels ordinary.
A manual licence covers manual and automatic cars, which makes it the most flexible thing you can hold. Clutch control is the hurdle, and we treat it as a skill to be drilled rather than a knack you either have or don't.
An automatic removes the gearbox from the list of things you're juggling, which leaves you free to concentrate on the road. Same price as manual with us, so choose it because it suits you — not because it's cheaper.
Driving anxiety is normal and it's workable. We start smaller and slower than you'd expect, we tell you exactly what's coming before it happens, and we stop when you need to stop. No sighing, no raised voices, no commentary on how long it's taking.
An intensive course packs your hours into days or weeks instead of months. It works brilliantly if you have a job starting, a move coming, or you simply learn better in concentrated blocks — but it asks a lot of you in a short window, so we'll be honest about whether it suits you.
You already have the licence — what's gone is the confidence. Refresher sessions rebuild it on the specific things that worry you, whether that's motorways, multi-lane roundabouts, parking in town or driving at night.
Run exactly like a real driving test: the same length, the same style of route, the same marking sheet. At the end you get a straight answer on whether to book your test, and a specific list of what to fix if the answer is not yet. Worth doing before you pay the DVSA.
We're a certified, qualified instructor trainer, so we don't only teach learners — we train the next set of instructors. Full ADI Part 1, 2 and 3 preparation, fitted around your current job, with support through the trainee-licence route so you can earn before you finish.
